Hi, my name is Tracey Oliver, the Founder and Managing Director of NannyMe. I’m also proud to serve as the Vice Chair for the Peabody Management Committee. My journey to starting this company began with my own struggles as a single mother of two, working 12-hour shifts and trying to find childcare that actually fit my schedule. No matter where I looked, I couldn’t find flexible childcare—everything either started too late or ended too early. That’s when I realized I wasn’t alone. So many parents, especially those working unconventional hours, face the same challenge.

Fast-forward to today—I now have three children, and the thought of going through that same stressful search for suitable childcare was overwhelming. After doing some deeper research, it became clear that this wasn’t just my problem; it was a widespread issue. That’s when the idea for NannyMe was born.

NannyMe is all about supporting working parents who need more than just traditional 9-to-5 childcare. We offer extended, out-of-hours care designed to fit the needs of families with unpredictable schedules. Our goal is to be a trusted, community-focused solution that makes childcare more accessible and stress-free.
